By accessing or using the Eduvontra platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy. These terms apply to all users, including administrators, teachers, students, and institutional representatives.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately. Continued use of Eduvontra after any updates to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Eduvontra grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for lawful educational management purposes. You agree to the following conditions of acceptable use:

• You must use the platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international regulations.
• You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform, its servers, or connected systems.
• You must not engage in activities that disrupt, damage, or impair the normal operation of the service.
• You must not use the platform to transmit spam, malware, or any form of harmful or unsolicited content.
• You must not impersonate any person, institution, or entity while using the platform.

To access most features of Eduvontra, you are required to create and maintain an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Take full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notify us immediately at support@Eduvontra.app if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

Eduvontra reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of these terms, or where account activity poses a security risk to the platform or other users.

Access to Eduvontra's premium features is available through subscription plans. The following terms apply to all paid subscriptions:

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan selected.
• All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Eduvontra does not store your full payment card details.
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Refunds are available within 14 days of the initial purchase for annual plans. Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once the billing period has commenced.
• Eduvontra reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days' advance notice to existing subscribers.

All content, features, and functionality available through the Eduvontra platform — including but not limited to software, design, logos, text, graphics, and data structures — are the exclusive intellectual property of Eduvontra Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any platform content without explicit written permission from Eduvontra.
• The Eduvontra name, logo, and all associated trademarks may not be used without prior written consent.
• Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to Eduvontra may be used by us freely without obligation or compensation.

You retain full ownership of any content you upload, submit, or create within the platform ("User Content"). By submitting content to Eduvontra, you grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, store, and display such content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the platform.

• You are solely responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe the rights of any third party.
• Your content must not contain unlawful, defamatory, abusive, or obscene material.
• Eduvontra reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms or applicable law, without prior notice.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Eduvontra platform:

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts or restricted sections of the platform.
• Scraping, harvesting, or extracting data from the platform through automated means without written permission.
• Uploading or distributing viruses, malware, ransomware, or any other harmful software.
• Using the platform to conduct phishing, fraud, or any form of deceptive activity.
• Engaging in activities that place an unreasonable or disproportionate load on our infrastructure.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of the platform.

Either party may terminate the use of the Eduvontra platform under the following circumstances:

• Eduvontra may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Eduvontra may terminate accounts involved in misuse, fraudulent activity, or actions detrimental to other users or the platform.
• You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team or through your account settings.
• Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. Data retention or deletion will follow our Privacy Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Eduvontra Technologies Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the platform.

Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these terms or the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to Eduvontra in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

While Eduvontra strives to maintain a reliable and high-quality platform, we make no guarantees regarding the following:

• The platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities at all times.
• The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information provided through the platform.
• That the platform will meet all of your specific requirements or expectations.

Scheduled maintenance, unforeseen downtime, or third-party service failures are outside our control. We will endeavour to notify users of planned outages in advance where possible.

Eduvontra may integrate with or link to third-party services, applications, or websites to enhance platform functionality. These include but are not limited to payment processors, cloud storage providers, and communication tools.

• Eduvontra does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of third-party services.
• Your use of any third-party service is governed solely by that service's own terms and privacy policies.
• The inclusion of any third-party integration does not constitute an endorsement by Eduvontra.

Eduvontra reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or operational needs.

• Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent in-platform notification at least 14 days before taking effect.
• The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect when changes were last made.
• Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue therein.
